Postpartum Support

Supporting a postpartum mother is the key to the overall well-being of the whole newborn family.

Postpartum is less and less a taboo in our culture and we more openly acknowledge the difficulties and challenges it inevitably brings.

I offer you individual emotional, practical and physical support in this special moment of motherhood.

You are also invited to join the Mama Tribe by participating in Circles, Meet-ups or Workshops I organize.

Postpartum visits

I am available to visit you any time you need to offer you emotional, practical or physical support. My presence and emphatic listening provides you with the safe space for your questions, doubts, or limits.

On the practical level I can prepare you a meal, support you in breastfeeding, in baby care or refer you to the right specialist, if need be. I can additionally  provide you physical support thanks to Rebozo and the adapted body work.

Rebozo

We can celebrate and honor your motherhood and your baby as well as support your body with some practices such as Rebozo Hip Tightening, Rebozo Closing Treatment or a full Rebozo Ritual.

Rebozo is a beautiful therapeutic tool that provides deep cellular body work, relaxation and tension release by cocooning, enveloping, rocking and ritual magic.

Postpartum classes – Calma mama

CALMA MAMA postpartum workshops and classes focus on the efficient strengthening of the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and help a woman to restore her balance. 

Classes may be done with your baby by your side (or even on you in a carrier) to avoid unnecessary separation. 

Rituals

Becoming a mother is a rite. Certain rituals may help you go through this passage with more joy, emotion and create unforgettable memories.

For your postpartum, except for Rebozo, I propose the ritual of Baby Welcome that we can both co-create for an experience that is close to your heart.
