PILATES

Pilates is a holistic, precise, intense and non-impact method that uses mobilization, stabilization, strengthening and stretching exercises accompanied by specific control of breathing and movements.

Done on specific machines or on mats, it is very effective for strengthening deep muscles, balancing the body, developing better posture and body awareness.

At Calma Studio, we believe that less is more and we priorize quality over quantity. We offer solo, duo or small group classes, in different formats, to guarantee quality and adequate correction. 

Our Studio is equipped with Balanced Body Machines such as Reformer Tower, Chair and Spring Board. Moreover, different accessories such as Foam Roller, Swiss Ball, Overball and Elastic Bands are also used to provide you with a versified and intelligent workout.

PERSONAL PILATES

MACHINES PILATES

Semi-private classes that offer exercises organized in a circuit on machines and diverse accessories.

  • are in good shape 
  • appreciate the additional alignment and resistance offered by the machines
  • look for semi-personalized training
  • enjoy training with others.

MAT PILATES

* Max 6 students

Small group classes on mats with small accessories.
 
All our courses are based on classic exercises, with an additional focus:
 
  • Core & Flow (+mobility)
  • Power & Shapes (+force)
  • Core & Stretch (+flexibility)

Also available for pregnant women and mothers with or without babies. (see Calma Mama section).
