COURS POUR MAMANS

Cours et Ateliers pour futures et jeunes mamans sont un pont entre mes deux métiers distincts, de Thérapeute du Mouvement et de Doula, nourris par mon véritable désir de apporter un soutien aux mamans.

Les séances sont basées sur le Pilates, Yoga, danse, respiration, visualisation, vocalisation, mouvement libre et conscience corporelle pour permettre une grossesse en bonne forme, un accouchement puissant et une récupération plus facile. Ils mettent un focus spécial sur le plancher pelvien – le périnée, d’une grande importance pendant la grossesse, l’accouchement et le post-partum.

Ils offrent également un espace de partage et de création de liens entre les mamans, car, on le sait qu’ il faut un village pour élever un enfant.

Ces cours ont lieu soit au Studio Calma, soit à la Clinique Belharra de Bayonne.

COURS DE PILATES PRÉ ET POST NATAL

Les cours de Pilates conçus pour les futures ou jeunes mamans avec bébés (pré-rampants/pré-marcheurs). Un cours doux mais efficace avec des exercices qui visent à améliorer la mobilité, le renforcement et la souplesse couplés à une prise de conscience de la respiration et du périnée.

ATELIER NAISSANCE PUISSANTE

Cette atelier prénatal va au-delà des exercices classiques et utilise la visualisation, la vocalisation, l’exploration des mouvements libres, la danse et la connexion bouche/gorge – périnée pour guider  les futures mamans vers l’expérience de la naissance en conscience et confiance. 

Un lundi par mois 14h-16h Clinique Belharra, Bayonne  

ATELIER DANCE BABY DANCE

Un délicieux moment pour les jeunes Mamans et leurs bébés où quelques exercices doux pour les mamans sont suivis d’un moment doux pour les bébés inspiré de massage Shantala avant la danse guidée et libre de mamans avec leurs bébés (idéalement en porte-bébé).
